JOSH & KELSEY · NGU REAL ESTATE
Messenger privacy.
Last updated 19 October 2026.
This notice explains the Messenger enquiry connection for Josh Shaw and Kelsey MacDougall at NGU Real Estate Ripley. The Meta app is named “Josh Ipswich Seller Leads” and connects the Facebook Page “Josh Shaw Ipswich Real Estate Agent” to our private Joosh CRM.
What we receive
When you message the connected Page, the connection can receive your message text, Facebook Page-scoped sender and Page identifiers, message identifiers, timestamps and attachment types. The current receiver records attachment types without downloading attachment contents. If you supply a name, contact details or property information in a conversation, those details may be recorded with your enquiry.
How we use it
Josh and Kelsey use enquiry records to understand and respond to your property questions, maintain the conversation, manage requested follow-up and arrange an appraisal where agreed. A statement about ownership, plans or a property is recorded as information you supplied, rather than independent verification. An enquiry does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing.
Our systems and access
Messages are handled by Meta Messenger, our n8n Cloud connection and our private Joosh CRM hosted in our own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare provides the CRM application, database, private file storage and sign-in. Some existing integration connections also pass through OpenAI Sites. Josh and Kelsey have access to the shared business records. The CRM is not a public contact directory. Hosting and service providers may also process operational records as part of delivering their services.
We are configuring CloseBot as a separate AI messaging assistant. It is not currently enabled to reply automatically to the public through this connection. If enabled, it will process the current enquiry and relevant conversation context to prepare replies and assist with qualification or requested next steps. It is separate from Joosh, our private business assistant. It will identify itself as an AI assistant and should not be treated as Josh or Kelsey personally.
Your choices
You can ask to speak with Josh or Kelsey, decline to supply optional details, or ask us to stop automated follow-up. Please do not send identity documents, financial records, signatures or other sensitive documents through Messenger. Contact us directly if your enquiry needs private document handling.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask what enquiry information we hold, correct it or request deletion, email joshua.o@ngurealestate.com.au or call 0424 440 478. We may need enough information to match your request safely to the right enquiry. Do not email passwords or identity documents with the initial request.
Enquiry records, audit records and backups may have different retention needs. We will explain the outcome of your request, including any records that must be retained and why. Deleting or removing a conversation in Facebook does not by itself confirm deletion from our CRM or from Meta’s systems. Read the data deletion request instructions.
