Privacy & your appraisal.

When you request an appraisal, this website stores your property address, name, phone number and whether you are curious or thinking of selling so Josh Shaw can research your property and respond. The details are available in Josh’s protected dashboard. The appraisal form no longer asks for an email address, additional property details or a separate agreement checkbox. Earlier requests may include an email address, additional property details and an agreement timestamp.

Property price update enquiries

Selecting Next submits and stores the property address, selected service and advertising source and, at the next step, your ownership answer, even if you do not finish the form. Your selling timeframe stays in the form until you send the completed request. We keep these started enquiries in Josh’s protected dashboard and queue private owner alerts for the first address submission and the completed enquiry. This does not send an email or SMS to you. When owner email alerts are enabled, our email sending provider processes the submitted property address and receipt time to deliver an alert to Josh. Contact details stay in the protected dashboard and are not included in these owner alert emails. Typing or choosing a radio option alone does not submit information; submission occurs when you select Next or send the completed request.

The seller enquiry form records your selected service, property address, whether you say you are the owner, selling timeframe, first and last name, phone number and agreement to storage and contact about this request. The available services are a property price update and a selling preparation conversation. It does not collect an email address. Earlier forms may instead have recorded whether you would consider selling if comfortable with a price estimate. Josh and Kelsey review requests personally and may contact you about your property enquiry. This form does not send automated follow-up messages to you. These answers are held in Josh’s protected enquiry dashboard. Ownership and selling plans are self reported and a phone number is not proof of identity or genuine interest.

Address search

If you use address search, the address text is sent to the Queensland Government’s Property Location Service. You can enter your address manually instead. Address data is supplied by the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development, Queensland Government, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution.

Your report link

Your confirmation and report use a unique link. Anyone you give that link to can see the property details and the published appraisal report. Your contact information and Josh’s private notes are not included. Keep the link private if you do not want others to see your report.

Website statistics

We count home and appraisal page views, property-link clicks and appraisal-link clicks as anonymous daily totals. These statistics do not store visitor identities, cookies, IP addresses, device information, referrers, address searches or form details. Totals are grouped by Brisbane calendar day. Statistics show the last 90 days; older anonymous totals are removed when the website next records activity or Josh loads his statistics. Josh’s private statistics page also counts saved appraisal requests; it does not display contact details. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own operational logs.

Appraisal activity alerts

Opening the appraisal page, saving a request, or clicking the Google Calendar booking link can send a private email alert to Josh through our email provider. Page-open alerts contain the Brisbane time, referring page and source tags supplied in the link; one browser is counted at most once every 30 minutes. Booking clicks are not confirmed bookings. We record these events and email status in Josh’s protected dashboard. A visitor cookie supports the page-open limit. When you save a request, the alert contains your submitted address, name, phone and stated interest. A booking-click alert includes submitted enquiry details only when a saved enquiry can be linked. An email failure does not prevent your request being saved.

Advertising measurement

The property price update page uses the Meta Pixel to record a page view and, after an enquiry has been confirmed as saved, a Lead event with a request identifier. This site does not include the property address, name, phone number or qualification answers in those event payloads. Meta may use its cookies and browser information for advertising measurement. When supplied with your visit, we keep the bounded selected service identifier, campaign, ad-set and ad identifiers, campaign labels and a Meta click identifier with the private enquiry to understand its source. We do not turn this into a marketing subscription.

Contact & choices

Your request authorises contact about this property enquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing. To ask about your details, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact joshua.o@ngurealestate.com.au or 0424 440 478.

This app is hosted with OpenAI Sites and uses its hosting and storage infrastructure. Session cookies protect submissions and bind a started price update enquiry to the browser session that created it. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit repeated submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. No automated property price is generated: Josh reviews the evidence and prepares your appraisal.
