YOUR MESSENGER ENQUIRY
Request data deletion.
For the “Josh Ipswich Seller Leads” app and the “Josh Shaw Ipswich Real Estate Agent” Facebook Page. Last updated 19 October 2026.
To request deletion of enquiry information held by Josh Shaw and Kelsey MacDougall in Joosh CRM, email joshua.o@ngurealestate.com.au with the subject “Messenger data deletion request”. You can also call Josh on 0424 440 478.
- Tell us the Facebook profile name you used and approximately when you messaged the Page.
- Say whether you want the Messenger enquiry record deleted, particular details corrected, or automated follow-up stopped.
- We will match the request to your enquiry and may ask you to confirm it through the original conversation or another appropriate existing contact method before disclosing or deleting records.
Please do not include your Facebook password, account recovery codes or identity documents. A property address or phone number alone does not prove you own an enquiry record.
What happens next
Josh or Kelsey will review your request and confirm the outcome. Relevant information may include message text, supplied contact or property details, qualification records and linked follow-up tasks. We will explain any information we need to retain, including applicable business records or backup limitations. This page does not perform immediate automatic deletion.
A request to stop marketing does not cancel an agreed appointment. Please tell us separately if you also want an appointment changed or cancelled.
Facebook’s own records
This request concerns our business records. For information held by Facebook itself, use Facebook’s privacy and account controls. Removing an app or deleting a Messenger conversation is separate from confirming deletion of our CRM records.
